Responsibilities
- Define AI platform architecture and multi-agent orchestration standards.
- Build and oversee data quality, governance, and traceability frameworks.
- Manage MLOps pipelines, observability, and cloud/GPU resources.
- Establish security, compliance, and ethical AI standards across the group.
- Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams to deliver at scale.
- Collaborate with business and product leaders to align AI strategy with growth.
- Scout new technologies, vendors, and drive build-vs-buy decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing AI and scaling ML platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and MLOps.
- Strong record of leading engineering teams in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills, bridging technical depth with executive clarity.
- Background with leading tech companies (e.g., Meta, Google) is highly valued.
- Fluency in English and Russian, additional languages are advantageous.
