- Help clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Keep living spaces tidy by performing tasks like laundry, dishes, and vacuuming, creating a welcoming environment for our clients.
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility to promote independence and confidence in daily movements.
- Provide gentle reminders for medication schedules, ensuring clients stay on track with their health.
- Maintain detailed and accurate care notes and client reports, playing a vital role in their ongoing support and well-being.
