Keep reading. Client Intake Specialist – High-Performance Call Environment KRW Asbestos Lawyers is seeking disciplined, high-performing phone professionals to join our Asbestos Intake Team. This is a high-volume call volume role for experienced business professionals. You’ll guide clients many of whom are older individuals exposed to asbestos decades ago through a structured intake process. Success in this role requires the ability to build trust quickly, patience, follow a proven qualification script, and confidently guide callers to the next step: committing to a medical clinic. If you are skilled at influencing conversations, motivating action, and maintaining empathy during serious discussions, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for professionals who: • Thrive in high-volume call environments • Can follow structured scripts while sounding natural and empathetic • Have strong phone-based persuasion and influence skills • Stay composed during sensitive conversations • Take pride in discipline, accuracy, and performance Backgrounds that often succeed in this role: • Insurance sales • Financial services call centers • Mortgage/lending call centers • Healthcare intake • Legal intake • Military communications • High-performance contact centers Responsibilities • Handle a high volume of inbound calls • Conduct structured intake and screening conversations • Build rapport and trust with prospective clients • Motivate qualified callers to schedule • Accurately document information in CRM/software • Follow all intake protocols and confidentiality requirements Qualifications • Exceptional English speaking and writing skills • Proven experience in a high-volume customer service and sales call center operating multiline phone systems, • Strong communication, data entry, typing, and spelling skills • Ability to follow structured processes and scripts without sounding robotic • Professional, empathetic phone presence • Bilingual (preferred, not mandatory) If you are a confident call center professional who thrives in structured, high-performance environments and knows how to guide conversations to action, we encourage you to apply.
