Epic Application Analyst (OpTime) – Fully Remote
Seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst (OpTime) to support the design, build, testing, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of the Epic OpTime/Anesthesia application. In this role, you'll partner with clinical and IT teams to improve perioperative workflows, troubleshoot system issues, support third-party integrations, and deliver end-user training while ensuring high-quality application performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, test, implement, and support Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely end-user support.
• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to optimize workflows and system functionality.
• Support third-party integrations, vendor coordination, and change management processes.
• Develop test plans, maintain system documentation, create reports, and assist with project implementation.
• Provide training and go-live support for end users.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Epic application analyst experience.
• Epic OpTime Certification required (Anesthesia certification is a plus).
• Experience with application testing, third-party integrations, and healthcare IT workflows.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
