Clinical Supervisor - LMFT, LCSW, LPCC

• Clinical Supervisor (LMFT / LCSW / LPCC) – Remote | California • $60–$100/hour (based on experience) • *About Us** We are a growing, mission-driven mental health organization focused on high-quality, ethical care and strong clinical development. We support Associate clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW) in building confidence, competence, and clinical excellence. • *Position Overview** We are seeking experienced California-licensed clinicians to provide supervision to Associate therapists. This role includes structured supervision and being a reliable, accessible clinical resource while maintaining clear and sustainable boundaries. • *Key Responsibilities • Provide individual, triadic, and group supervision in accordance with BBS requirements • Review, approve, and sign off on Associate clinical hours • Support case conceptualization, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making • Provide timely support for clinical questions between sessions (during agreed-upon availability hours) • Guide Associates in managing risk, client safety, and ethical decision-making • Ensure documentation meets legal, ethical, and organizational standards • Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members • *Availability Expectations • Maintain clearly defined availability windows for Associate support • Respond to non-urgent clinical questions within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., same business day) • Provide guidance for urgent clinical situations during working hours; after-hours emergencies should follow established escalation protocols • *Qualifications • Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) in good standing • Meets BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision • Experience supervising Associate clinicians preferred • Strong knowledge of California BBS regulations and documentation standards • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills • Ability to balance accessibility with appropriate clinical boundaries • *Preferred Specialties (higher compensation available) • Eating Disorders • EMDR • Couples Therapy • OCD • *What We Offer** • Competitive hourly rate: $60–$100/hour (based on experience and specialties) • Fully remote, flexible scheduling • Opportunity to mentor and shape developing clinicians • Supportive, collaborative team environment Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour Benefits • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
