• Hit the phones: 100+ dials per day (all warm leads, no cold calling)
• Convert at a 30%+ close rate
• Close $3,500+ weekly in policies
• Run the full sales cycle, consult, pitch, close, repeat
• Build and manage your own pipeline like a pro
• Thrive in a high-octane, competitive culture where only the strong survive
