Cold Email Infrastructure Setup

• *Job Title:** Cold Email Infrastructure Setup (Domains, Email Provider, DNS, Warmup, Plusvibe) • *Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced cold email infrastructure specialist to set up a complete, high-deliverability outbound email system for our agency. This is not a basic setup. We need someone who understands deliverability, domain health, and proper scaling from day one. --- • *Scope of Work:** You will be responsible for setting up the full cold email system, including: • *1. Domain & Email Setup** • Connect multiple domains (hosted on Namecheap) to a high-deliverability email provider (**Google Workspace preferred, or equivalent**) • Create 2–3 inboxes per domain (total ~6–10 inboxes to start) • Ensure proper inbox naming conventions (humanized senders) • *2. DNS Configuration (Critical)** • Configure and verify: • SPF • DKIM • DMARC (starting with p=none) • Ensure no conflicting or duplicate records • Validate full authentication and domain health • *3. Warmup Setup** • Connect all inboxes to a warmup tool (e.g., Inboxing V2 or similar) • Configure proper warmup ramp (14–21 days) • Ensure inboxes are safely warming with good reputation signals • *4. Sending Tool Setup (Plusvibe)** • Connect all inboxes to Plusvibe • Configure sending limits per inbox • Set up proper inbox rotation • *5. Tracking Domain Setup** • Configure custom tracking domains (CNAME records) for each domain • Ensure links are aligned with sending domains (no generic tracking domains) • *6. Testing & Validation** • Send test emails across Gmail/Outlook • Ensure inbox placement (not spam) • Verify DKIM/SPF/DMARC alignment • Confirm full system is ready for campaign launch --- • *Requirements:** • Proven experience setting up cold email infrastructure • Strong understanding of email deliverability • Experience with: • Google Workspace or equivalent providers • Namecheap DNS • Cold email tools (Plusvibe, Smartlead, Instantly, etc.) • Ability to complete setup cleanly without damaging domain reputation • **Must justify chosen email provider based on deliverability performance for cold outreach** --- • *Nice to Have:** • Experience in agency lead generation systems • Familiarity with outbound for local service businesses (dentists, etc.) • Ability to advise on scaling safely --- • *Deliverables:** • Fully configured and verified domains + inboxes • Warmup running properly • Plusvibe fully connected and ready • Tracking domains set • Confirmation that system is ready to begin sending --- • *To Apply:** Please include: 1.
