COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSURANCE BROKER Quinn Insurance Part-Time, Contract Remote ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a part-time Commercial Property Insurance Broker at Quinn. You've done this before — placing commercial policies with carriers, working through underwriting, closing deals. We have a growing pipeline of customers ready to bind, and we need someone experienced who can move fast. We're an AI-native commercial insurance brokerage backed by Pear VC. Our team is lean, our workflows are automated, and our customers are closing faster than traditional brokers. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Place commercial property insurance policies with carriers • Manage underwriting conversations and handle objections • Navigate policy requirements and get deals to bind • Work with our existing customer pipeline WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Solid experience in commercial property insurance placement • Track record of closing deals with carriers • Ability to move fast and handle multiple placements • Property & Casualty license is ideal, but we'll consider experienced unlicensed candidates who've done serious placement work • Flexible schedule (part-time) WHY QUINN • Work with a lean, efficient team using AI-native workflows • Real traction: 100+ carrier appointments, growing commercial book • Flexible, project-based work with meaningful impact • Upside potential: flat rate to start, transition to flat + commission as we scale COMPENSATION & TERMS • Flat rate (part-time, contract position) • Transition to flat + commission structure as we grow INTERESTED?
