Embark on title examination adventures, from simple parcels to complex commercial properties
- Analyze a wide array of records, including mortgages, leases, liens, and more
- Play detective to resolve missing or contradictory information in title documentation
- Craft accurate title commitments and reports that stand up to scrutiny
- Leverage your expertise to provide underwriting interpretations
- Utilize cutting-edge online research tools to stay ahead of the game
3-5+ years of Ohio Commercial Title Examiner experience (this is crucial!)
- A superhuman ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- An eagle eye for detail and a passion for quality
- Sherlock Holmes-level analytical and problem-solving skills
- Top-notch communication skills - you'll be collaborating with a global team
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific software (Adobe Acrobat, DataTree & Trace, etc.)
- A dedicated home office space with high-speed internet for our secure VPN
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed (it's rare, but it happens!)
