Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative – Industrial Manufacturing
• Job Type: Contract / 1099
• Compensation: 5%–12% commission on gross sales (paid upon receipt from customer)
• About the Role
Eudora Inc. is seeking highly connected, independent sales representatives to expand our presence across major U.S. industrial.
This role is designed for experienced “hunters” who already maintain strong relationships with engineers, procurement leaders, and decision-makers within Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations in industries such as electrical, telecom, aerospace, and automotive.
You will leverage your existing network to introduce Eudora’s precision manufacturing capabilities and drive new business opportunities. This is a pure commission role with significant upside for those who can effectively influence vendor selection at the engineering level.
Key Responsibilities
• Leverage your existing network to generate RFQs for injection molding and precision CNC machining projects
• Identify and penetrate target accounts and their competitors to position Eudora as a preferred manufacturing partner
• Act as a liaison between client engineering teams and our production facilities to ensure technical alignment
• Manage the full sales cycle from introduction through contract closure
Candidate Requirements
• Established Network: Active relationships with engineers, sourcing managers, or procurement teams within industrial/manufacturing companies
• Manufacturing Expertise: Working knowledge of thermoplastic injection molding (e.g., PBT, LCP, Nylon) and/or CNC machining processes
• Technical Sales Capability: Ability to communicate effectively on mold design, secondary operations (e.g., ultrasonic welding, heat staking), and material specifications
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success selling into complex manufacturing or industrial environments
Pay: $100,000.00 - $10,000,000.00 per year
