Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Drive program initiatives to improve processes, performance, and identify redundancies and best practices.
• Collaborate with employees across the company to integrate program objectives and goals.
• Prepare clear documentation for internal and external distribution.
• Prepare summary and detailed reports and metrics for TransUnion’s issue management program.
• Research and recommend new or enhanced solutions to improve compliance program processes.
• Assist with tracking efforts, gather and analyze metrics, and develop procedural and documentary support tools/materials.
• Write formal plan documents, proposals, policies, procedures, routine reports, and correspondence.
About You
What you'll need:
• Graduating by June 2027 or earlier, majoring in Law, Compliance, or equivalent area of study/certification.
• Ability to work in and navigate a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hybrid work capability: perform job responsibilities virtually and in-person at an assigned TransUnion office at least two days a week.
• Preferred skills: familiarity with state and federal regulations, knowledge of finance and consumer protection laws, communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay range: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on education and experience.

Training & Development
Participate in career development workshops, networking events, and guest speaker sessions throughout the paid 12-week internship.
