Provide expertise of tax processes and enabling technologies and commit to help clients solve problems and create business value.      Essential Duties and Responsibilities  Contribute as a team member on client-facing tax related projects  Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to tax solutions  Contribute as a team member using DMA’s structured project methodology  Manage project tasks and successful completion of project deliverables and activities  Perform Tax engine and ERP configuration to reflect client requirements; must be comfortable with at least one ERP  Provide Go Live and cutover activity support when needed  Contribute to project management by creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation  Translate requirements and design into appropriate documentation format  Assist managing status meetings including calls and weekly minutes  Train tax users to effectively use applications   Develop working relationships with clients in order to complete assignments and communicate with clients when necessary  Connect, engage, and build the broader relationships with DMA’s clients and alliance partners    Education and Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Mathematics, or related field required  1-4 years of experienced in a related role  Working knowledge of at least one tax engine  Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and persistently follow-through on assignments  Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)  Ability to understand and conceptualize accounting and tax processes and procedures  Experience with transaction tax systems a plus  Experience with Microsoft products, data analytics tools, and cloud-based business solutions   Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
