Job Description:
• Create & communicate incentive plans for the sales associates & leaders
• Manage the incentive budget
• Lead huddles to drive excitement & reiterate contests & important topics of focus
• Engage with the employees heavily in chat
• Communicate with the client directly
• Drive revenue for the Client by engaging, coaching and incentivizing sales
• Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents in promoting health insurance products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents
• Train sales agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales agents
• Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create sales materials
• Serve as a point of contact for sales agents
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
• A passion around providing the consumers and agents with an outstanding experience.
• Creativity and drive to create a culture that is motivating and engaging for the site agents as well as remote agents, if applicable.
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications which include the ability to learn new complex computer system applications
• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
• Ability to multitask. This includes the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
• Self-driven, ambitious, outgoing personality with high energy
• Proficient with Group Retiree resources and processes
