This is not an editing role.
I’m looking for a high-level strategist to help architect a podcast from the ground up—defining the show format, messaging, and content structure for a high-end financial brand.
Engagement Structure
This is a defined, short-term strategy sprint, not a full-time or ongoing role.
The engagement is focused on delivering the core structure and foundation of the show over a 2–4 week period.
Target Audience
Men and women age 55+ who are within 5–10 years of retirement or already retired, with high net worth, focused on income, tax efficiency, and long-term financial security.
Scope of Work
This engagement is focused on building the strategic foundation of the show:
Define show format (segments, structure, flow)
Build repeatable episode frameworks
Develop 3–5 teleprompter-ready segments/scripts
Provide direction on content strategy and growth (YouTube + short-form clips)
Goal
Create a clear, scalable structure so the podcast becomes a consistent audience and authority-building platform—not just content.
Platform Experience (Preferred)
Preference for candidates who have built or managed shows using Riverside or similar remote recording platforms, not just edited content from them.
Who This Is For:
You’ve helped grow podcasts or YouTube channels
You think in formats, not just episodes
You understand how to structure content for retention and authority
Who This Is NOT For:
Editors or audio engineers
Basic podcast producers
Anyone focused only on post-production

2–4 weeks
Additional Notes:
This will likely turn into additional work if there’s a strong fit.
We already have a professional studio and would like to use the Riverside platform, so we are not looking for studio setup. We need someone who can help shape and setup the show, brand and strategy and guide the process.
Responsibilities:
Help develop show format and positioning, show ideas
Guide host performance and episode flow
Assist with launch planning
Help manage guest strategy
Audience growth strategy
Oversee recording process (Riverside) (initially)
Ideal candidate:
Experience with consumer or B2C podcasts (ie: think of Suze Orman, Dave Ramsey)
Strong understanding of podcast strategy + growth
Experience with video podcasts
