About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Contract Engagement Manager to manage sales engagements. The role requires close collaboration with clients,
driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring that sales processes are executed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end sales engagements with clients.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and
· relationship management.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
· Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve sales
· effectiveness.
· Support contract negotiations, renewals, and scope expansions.
· Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications / Skills:
· 5+ Years of proven experience in sales engagement or client management (preferably in B2B SaaS or consulting).
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
· Willingness to travel.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
