Demo Org is a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking a skilled Controller with a CPA and consulting background to join our remote team. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations and drive process improvements across multiple ERP systems.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee all accounting functions ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage and optimize financial processes using NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members to foster professional growth.
• Manage expense reporting and travel systems including Concur.
Required Qualifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Proven consulting experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and other major ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing teams and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems.
• Track record of driving process improvements in financial operations.
