Coordinator, Live Events

About the position The Live Event Operations Coordinator is a dynamic, strategic, and detail-oriented leader responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of departmental business operations within the Live Events division. This role blends operational priorities with revenue strategy, requiring a proactive problem-solver who can manage day-to-day functions while driving high-impact initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and fan experience. Responsibilities • Support end-to-end business operations for WWE live events across all categories • Assist in the review, routing, and execution of venue contracts, promoter agreements, and ancillary vendor agreements • Track contract milestones, deadlines, and compliance requirements across the event calendar • Oversee registration processes and ticket inventory allocation across assigned events • Monitor real-time ticket sales data and surface trends, pacing reports, and sell-through analysis to the Live Events leadership team • Support promoter operations by assisting with event scaling, pricing strategy, and promotional execution where applicable • Serve as an on-site operational point of contact at select events, supporting venue coordination, credential management, and day-of logistics • Coordinate with local promoters, venue operations staff, and WWE touring personnel to resolve day-of issues quickly and efficiently • Coordinate event budgets and actuals, flagging variances and supporting post-event financial reconciliation • Prepare weekly operational reports, event summaries, and ad hoc analysis for senior stakeholders • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards tracking KPIs across the live events portfolio • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency at scale Requirements • Experience in business operations, event management, sports/entertainment administration, or a related field • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across simultaneous events • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with project management tools a plus • Familiarity with ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster, AXS, or comparable systems) and comfort interpreting sales manifests and inventory reports • Comfort working with contracts and financial data • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends for select live events • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset • Genuine passion for live entertainment, sports, or media is a bonus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Entertainment, or related field • Experience in touring, live entertainment, or professional sports operations • Hands-on experience with ticketing systems, box office operations, or venue manifest management
