We are seeking a Senior Conversion Copywriter to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue through performance-focused messaging tailored to technical buyers. As a strategic, AI-augmented copywriter, you will collaborate closely with growth marketers, designers, and engineers to craft compelling content for landing pages, websites, advertisements, and other digital assets. Your expertise will help optimize conversion rates and enhance user engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for data-driven insights, a mastery of persuasive copywriting, and familiarity with AI tools to streamline and enhance the creative process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, leveraging AI and cutting-edge techniques to produce high-impact content that resonates with technical audiences.
• *Qualifications
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in copywriting roles, preferably in in-house or agency settings
• At least 1+ year of experience working with North American-based tech companies
• Proven experience with technical services or products
• Specialization in Copywriting, Conversion Copywriting, or Direct Response Copywriting
• Demonstrated success in writing conversion-focused landing pages
• Basic AI and prompt engineering skills, including structured prompt writing and prompt chaining techniques
• Experience with generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract messaging insights using AI tools
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities for various content types, including case studies, bios, ads, and social posts
• *Nice-to-have Qualifications Include
• Over 5 years of copywriting experience
• 3+ years working for US-based B2B tech companies
• Experience in software development, outsourcing, or management consulting sectors
• Knowledge of software products or services
• Copyhackers' training or certifications (Copy School)
• AI/prompt engineering certifications or training
• Additional expertise in SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, or content creation
• Intermediate to advanced AI/prompt engineering skills, including building structured workflows and knowledge files
• Experience with AI-powered systems like n8n, Agent Builder, or similar platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to develop compelling copy for various assets aimed at conversion
• Write and optimize short and long-form content such as landing pages, website copy, ads, and social media posts
• Edit and proofread content generated by internal teams and external freelancers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Propose and test new copy experiments to improve campaign performance and user engagement
• Develop and implement AI-powered workflows, including custom GPTs and GEMs, to streamline copywriting processes
• Leverage AI tools to extract insights from data, refine messaging strategies, and enhance content effectiveness
• Stay updated on the latest AI and copywriting trends, continuously improving skills and techniques
