20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support a health insurance advisor by conducting outbound calls to warm leads and scheduling appointments.
The VA will be responsible for contacting individuals who have already expressed interest in health insurance, engaging them in conversation, and successfully booking appointments for the client.
This role is strictly focused on appointment setting — no quoting or sales closing experience is required.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume dialing, strong objection handling, and maintaining a professional, friendly tone on every call.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Contact leads as quickly as possible after they enter the system (“speed to lead”)
Follow provided scripts to introduce services and engage prospects
Qualify basic interest and schedule appointments with the client
Handle common objections professionally (e.g., “not interested,” “no time”)
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
Reattempt contact for missed or unresponsive leads
Work through large lead lists systematically (including older leads)
Prioritize new leads while maintaining follow-up cadence on existing ones
Ensure no qualified lead is left untouched
Documentation & CRM Updates
Log call outcomes, notes, and appointment details accurately
Update lead statuses within the client’s system
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all interactions
System & Dialer Usage
Utilize client-provided dialing system (VoIP such as VS Connect)
Work within lead management platforms (and possibly VanillaSoft)
Adapt quickly to client tools and workflows
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent

Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Highly organized and consistent with follow-ups
Self-motivated and able to work independently
