<p><strong>Description</strong><br /> We’re looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategic Creative Strategist to drive the creative direction across multiple performance-driven accounts. Each strategist leads the creative vision for their assigned brands — from concept to execution — while working closely with the Head of Creative and collaborating across teams.</p> <p>You’ll be the strategic driver behind every piece of content: building messaging systems, crafting compelling ad narratives, and mentoring creative producers to push performance boundaries. This role is about marrying data with storytelling, creative instinct with consumer insight — and doing so with clarity, confidence, and collaborative energy.</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $3000+ (negotiable depending on qualification/experience)</li> <li>Type of Work: Full-time remote</li> <li>Work Schedule: North America hours</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /> Creative Direction &amp; Account Ownership</p> <p>Lead creative direction for client accounts from ideation to execution.<br /> Develop messaging frameworks aligned with client goals and performance data.<br /> Guide designers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive output.<br /> Strategic Storytelling</p> <p>Create ad concepts using consumer psychology and emotional triggers.<br /> Turn insights into high-performing content and evolving brand messaging.<br /> Collaboration &amp; Mentorship</p> <p>Support the Head of Creative in maintaining high creative standards.<br /> Mentor team members through feedback and creative guidance.<br /> Partner with media buyers and campaign managers to align goals.</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong><br /> In-depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding of the pros &amp; cons involved in this industry).<br /> A strong portfolio that showcases your thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity.<br /> Strong experience in creative strategy, paid ads, UGC, influencer marketing, and writing.<br /> Excellent copywriting and messaging development skills — across short-form and visual-first content.<br /> Comfort with interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots.<br /> Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.<br /> Fluency in written and spoken English is required.<br /> Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup).</p>
