Creator Success Manager

Job Description: • Grow and retain a portfolio of high-value creators through data-led monetization strategies • Analyze creator performance data to diagnose issues, surface opportunities, and recommend clear next actions • Consistently deliver against revenue and retention targets across your book of business • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, and RevOps to advocate for creator needs and unlock growth • Stay current on creator economy trends, monetization models, and platform best practices Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role • Previous creator success account manager related experience required • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Gmail, Asana, Excel, and data analysis platforms (preferred, not required) • Experience managing revenue-bearing relationships in an account management, creator partnerships, or client success environment • Strong knowledge in G-Suite, HubSpot experience preferred • A background and understanding in influencer or affiliate marketing Benefits: • Stock options • Participate in various benefits plans • Market-based & data-driven compensation approach • Bonuses based on performance evaluations
