Overview
One Identity is a unified identity security platform that enables organizations to achieve Zero Trust security and least-privilege access. Trusted by over 11,000 customers globally, we deliver identity governance, privileged access management, and active roles solutions — protecting what matters most in a complex threat landscape.
Our Marketing Operations team is the engine powering data-driven go-to-market at scale. We run the systems that connect demand generation to pipeline, and data integrity is our foundation.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-first thinker who will own the integrity, structure, and governance of our Salesforce CRM environment and its integrations. You don't just use tools — you think in data models. You care about what a field means, who owns it, and what breaks if it's wrong.
This is a highly cross-functional role operating at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations. You will serve as the authoritative voice on data structure, field governance, and integration reliability across our go-to-market tech stack.
Salesforce Data Model Ownership
Own and maintain the canonical Salesforce data model across Specialists, Contacts, Accounts, and Campaigns
Define and enforce field-level ownership, data types, picklist values, and object relationships
Document the full data architecture and ensure it reflects current business logic
Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Specialistership to evolve the data model as the business scales
Data Governance & Quality
Establish and enforce data governance policies including deduplication rules, field ownership, and data entry standards
Design and implement sync rules between integrated systems to prevent data conflicts and record corruption
Monitor data health dashboards; proactively identify and remediate quality issues before they impact downstream systems
Own the data quality score across all CRM objects and drive continuous improvement programs
HubSpot ↔ Salesforce Integration Integrity
Serve as the primary owner of the HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, ensuring bi-directional data consistency
Audit field mappings, sync rules, and error logs on a regular cadence
Partner with Marketing Ops to align Specialist lifecycle stages, campaign member statuses, and attribution fields across both platforms
Identify and resolve integration drift before it affects reporting or sales workflows
Campaign Member Structure & Attribution Readiness
Own the campaign member data structure within Salesforce to ensure readiness for multi-touch attribution reporting
Define and maintain campaign member status values, response taxonomies, and program hierarchy standards
Work with Demand Generation and Marketing Analytics to ensure campaign data is consistently captured and attributable
Specialist-to-Account Matching & Routing Logic
Own and optimize Specialist-to-account matching rules to ensure accurate association at every stage of the funnel
Maintain and refine Specialist routing logic, assignment rules, and queue management within Salesforce
Partner with Sales Ops to ensure routing decisions align with territory design and capacity planning
Consent, Compliance & Data Privacy
Ensure CRM data practices comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data privacy regulations
Maintain consent field mappings, suppression lists, and opt-out logic across integrated systems
Serve as the operational point of contact for data subject requests requiring CRM-level action
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or revenue operations with a focus on Salesforce
Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce data model — objects, relationships, field types, and record types — with the ability to design and justify structural decisions
Hands-on experience with HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration management, including field mapping, sync configuration, and error troubleshooting
Deep knowledge of data governance principles: deduplication logic, field ownership frameworks, data stewardship practices
Proven track record of building and enforcing data quality standards in a complex, multi-system environment
Experience with Specialist lifecycle management, including Specialist-to-account matching, routing rules, and funnel stage definitions
Familiarity with campaign attribution models and the data structures required to support them
Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to CRM data
Exceptional documentation skills — you write things down, maintain them, and ensure others can follow them
Nice to Have
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201): Strongly preferred; demonstrates formal mastery of the platform and its governance capabilities
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder: A plus for candidates with deeper declarative configuration experience
Experience with LeanData, Clearbit Enrichment, or similar data enrichment/routing tools
Familiarity with SQL or data querying for CRM audits and pipeline reporting
Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity go-to-market environments
Experience with marketing attribution platforms such as Bizible / Adobe Marketo Measure
