Role Overview

The Customer Application & Support Engineer / Field Service Engineer position is a hybrid technical‑service role based out of a home office in the San Francisco Bay Area (or any location within reasonable proximity to a major airport). You will be the primary point of contact for careerzynith’s EBPG customers in Northern California, providing on‑site and remote assistance that spans installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and training.
