Role Overview

The Remote Customer Care Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for careerzynith’s footwear distributor network. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional, multi‑channel support—including phone, live chat, email, and social media—to customers located in Arizona, Texas, and Colorado (excluding Houston).
