Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Customer Development Manager who will own the end‑to‑end sales relationship with one of our most strategic retail partners – HEB. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding distribution, and delivering brand‑building initiatives for a suite of high‑growth brands (GOL, Solgar, Vital Proteins, Orgain, Nuun, and more) across the Texas market. The ideal candidate will blend analytical rigor with creative problem‑solving, leveraging Nestlé Health Science’s proprietary systems (TIM, Osprey) and the customer’s own platforms to deliver measurable results.
