Primary Responsibilities
Guide clients through various stages of the travel planning process
Research vacation options, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved resources
Compare available choices and help identify options that align with client preferences
Verify reservation details and itinerary information before final processing
Respond to client questions and provide timely support through phone, email, and online communication tools
Assist with travel schedule adjustments, booking updates, and service requests
Maintain accurate customer records and travel documentation
Participate in virtual training sessions and ongoing development programs
