**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Banker at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Educating customers on consumer deposit products and identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process
* Proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services
* Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Adhering to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
* Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
* Collaborating with colleagues to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership with customers
* Participating in new customer follow-up programs, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
* Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications
