**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional first call resolution service to our agents, customers, and internal departments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing billing assistance, policy service, system support, and professional response to inquiries
* Maintaining professional and productive relationships with our agency force, customers, and internal departments
* Focusing on the relationship at each interaction to ensure a consistent, positive experience
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve the aims and objectives of arenaflex
* Providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
**What It Takes to Join Our Team**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills, including solid verbal communication and business professional writing skills
* Initiative and the ability to work independently
* Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn our multiple systems (MS Office preferred)
* Basic math skills and the ability to learn basic knowledge of insurance products
* Availability to work from one of our office locations in Manhattan, Kansas, West Des Moines Corporate location, Lincoln, Nebraska, or Gilbert, Arizona
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, with a prescheduled designated weekend rotation
