**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Account Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Providing timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
* Building customer loyalty and value through effective account management and identification of additional products and services

* Meeting department productivity and quality standards

**Requirements**

* At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
