**A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex**
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, helping our 95+ million members make the most out of their arenaflex benefits. You'll be the go-to person for answering questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our customers. Whether it's helping clients understand our business, making it easy for customers to work with us, or being an advocate for health and wellness, you'll be making a real impact in the lives of others every day.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Help clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services
* Resolve customer issues over the chat, first time, every time
* Educate customers on disease management programs and make recommendations on healthy living programs
* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our customers
**What You'll Need:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
* 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems required
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* High level capacity to multitask independently and on a computer
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology a PLUS
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Exceptional organizational and time-management focus
