Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Customer Experience team as Customer Service Agents. This is a full‑time, inbound‑phone role that starts with an intensive on‑site training academy and transitions into a flexible hybrid work model. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate product selections, resolve order issues, and find solutions that keep their businesses moving forward.

Our 8‑week on‑site training academy is designed to equip you with everything you need to excel:

After graduation, you will transition to a hybrid schedule, giving you the flexibility to work from home two days per week while still enjoying the camaraderie of the office three days a week. As you demonstrate reliability and meet performance standards, you may earn additional remote days—up to a full five‑day work‑from‑home arrangement.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: Starting at $15.80 per hour, with scheduled raises that bring you to $17.00 per hour within the first year.
