As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be a vital part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, answering and handling incoming calls from careerzynith members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our ranks. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Answering and handling incoming calls from careerzynith members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices * Providing support and assistance to our callers to help them get the medicine they need to feel better and live well * Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to appropriate team members * Adhering to and reinforcing careerzynith and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA * Other duties as assigned **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED is required * 1 year of customer service experience * Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship * Must have dedicated, secure high-speed cable, DSL, or fiber internet (i.e., Earthlink, CenturyLink or Frontier).
