Role Overview

The Customer Service Analyst – Network Policy & Data Insights role sits at the intersection of risk management, data analytics, and operational excellence. You will partner with the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) Functional Excellence team to design, automate, and enhance management information system (MIS) reporting, drive data‑driven decision making, and help shape the risk‑based strategy that protects both our customers and the business.

This position is based in California, USA, with a flexible work schedule that includes a blend of on‑site collaboration and remote work options. The role reports to the GMNS Functional Excellence Lead and works closely with cross‑functional partners across the globe.
