Anchor Appliance Repair is a fast-growing local appliance repair
company serving Rockwall and the surrounding Dallas areas. We are
looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service
Representative / Dispatcher to help manage incoming calls, schedule
appointments, and provide excellent customer support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and texts
• Schedule appointments using our dispatch software
• Respond to online leads from Angi, Thumbtack, Google, etc.
• Collect customer information, appliance model numbers, and issue descriptions
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day
• Provide customers with appointment updates and ETAs
• Filter spam calls and unnecessary interruptions
• Handle basic customer service and appliance-related questions
• Maintain a professional and friendly experience for customers
Qualifications
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Dispatching or home service industry experience is a plus
• Appliance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical office experience is a bonus
