**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Expert, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail.
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy.
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
* Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful.
* Appropriately communicating with customers to resolve their concerns.
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise.
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* Providing feedback on call issues.
* Upselling if required.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
* 6 months of customer service experience (preferred).
* Over 18 years of age.
* Ability to type 25 wpm.
* High School Graduate or GED.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* Proven oral and written communication skills.
* Logical problem-solving skills.
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
* Organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
* Proof of internet speed required.
* Clean and quiet workspace.
