Position Overview

This is a hybrid position based in Farmington Hills, MI. While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, you must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to attend on‑site team meetings, collaborative workshops, and in‑person training sessions. You will work closely with the Government Programs department, quality assurance teams, and cross‑functional partners to drive continuous improvement and uphold careerzynith’s standards of service excellence.
