Position Overview

The Customer Service & Lot Attendant role blends front‑line guest interaction with essential equipment management. You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the arenaxflex center, guiding them through rental options, answering product questions, and ensuring every piece of equipment on the lot is clean, safe, and ready for the road. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based at 282 Lynnway Rte 1A, Lynn, Massachusetts.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
