The Remote Customer Service Professional will be the voice of careerzynith for service members, veterans, and their families. You will handle inbound calls and correspondence, explain benefit coverage, investigate complaints, and ensure every interaction reflects careerzynith’s commitment to excellence. This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside within 60 miles of one of our regional hubs (Newark, NJ; Fort Washington, PA; Moosic, PA; Jacksonville, FL; Hartford, CT; Shelton, CT; Portland, ME; Minneapolis, MN) to meet occasional on‑site requirements.
