**Your Role**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex Pet Hospital – both at the front desk and occasionally in the treatment area. You'll play a vital role in making our clients feel welcome and ensuring their pets receive the best care possible. All while working alongside experienced, supportive teammates who love what they do.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
* Manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and patient check-ins/outs
* Support the team with occasional tasks in the back
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
* Assist with administrative duties, including record-keeping and payment processing

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional client service
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting
* Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
**Skills and Competencies:**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00, dependent on experience.
