Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our Health Care Benefits (HCB) Operations team. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of Medicare contract integrity, ensuring that external producers and agents meet all certification requirements before they can market Medicare plans. Your work will directly impact the quality and compliance of our health‑care offerings, helping careerzynith maintain its reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and processing of Medicare contracts, ensuring all fields are completed in compliance with federal regulations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for external producers/agents, maintaining a clear and organized calendar.
- Verify certifications and eligibility documents for producers and agents, confirming that they meet all criteria to market Medicare plans.
- Assist with background check reviews, gathering necessary documentation and updating records in the system.
- Provide empathetic, solution‑focused customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries from producers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and flag any discrepancies or potential compliance issues, escalating them to the appropriate compliance team for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including compliance, training, and IT—to continuously improve processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Medicare regulations, careerzynith policies, and industry best practices.
- Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system, ensuring a complete audit trail for future reference.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team huddles, and performance reviews to enhance personal and team performance.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in a production‑oriented environment, such as a call center, retail setting, or back‑office operations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume transactional tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of empathy and compassion in customer‑facing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with CRM or data‑entry platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience processing Medicare or health‑care related documentation.
- Exposure to compliance or regulatory environments, especially within the health‑care sector.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with data‑validation tools or workflow automation software.

Compensation & Benefits
careerzynith offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $28.46, commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
