**The Role**

* Providing information about our tours, packages, and services to help customers make confident travel decisions
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns efficiently, always aiming for a positive resolution
* Assisting with booking modifications, cancellations, or special requests

* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
**What We're Looking For**
