About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' customers receive the best possible service. This part-time opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that includes Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues following blithequark's guidelines and procedures, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Multitask across multiple applications in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring that customer interactions are positive and productive.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- A desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or higher (no Chromebooks or MacBooks).
- A friendly, social personality with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous call center experience is preferred, although not essential.
