Key Responsibilities
Connect with clients through phone and Zoom appointments
Schedule and conduct benefit overview meetings
Educate clients on available products and coverage options
Assist with applications and enrollment processes
Build long-term client relationships through ongoing support
Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development
