Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join the Review Team at careerzynith. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for beneficiaries and providers, handling inquiries, processing appeals, and ensuring that all correspondence is accurate, timely, and compassionate. Key Responsibilities
