You will work closely with the Field Operations Manager, the HPA/Special Project Unit, and a diverse set of community partners. Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach & Enrollment: Conduct face‑to‑face outreach at Medicaid offices, provider sites, and community‑based organizations to educate clients on managed‑care options and public health programs.
- Client Guidance: Assist clients through the enrollment and disenrollment processes, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported throughout.
- Form Management: Receive, sort, and process enrollment, transfer, and disenrollment forms; review each submission for accuracy and completeness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface professionally with HRA or LDSS county staff, maintaining positive relationships with agency personnel, community groups, and clients.

Essential Qualifications
