**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with professionalism and speed
* Working the outbound call queue and making outbound calls or web verification
* Accurately composing written information for loan histories of customers
* Verifying, keying, and memoing insurance information
* Processing insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers on the internal tracking system
* Reviewing insurance policies for compliance with lender requirements
* Distributing and exchanging information with others
* Meeting set goals and assigned workload expectations for productivity
* Mentoring fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of related experience (preferably in a call center environment)
* Data entry and keyboard knowledge
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
