**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional support to clients throughout their ski holiday journey
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, offering pre-booking advice, post-booking support, and support during the trip
* Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
* Liaise between careerzynith customers and suppliers for requests, complaints, and updates
* Work independently while receiving support from a broader team
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
**Key Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in customer service
* 2+ years of experience in Travel Tech B2C
* Experience working with support and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Front, Zendesk, Intercom)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong technical skills and self-learning ability to understand multi-platform systems
* Ski experience is an advantage
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
**Schedule:**
* Rotating shift work schedule, including weekends and evenings
* 5-day work week
* Available shift times: 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm (with adjustments for Daylight Savings Time)
