**Job Summary**
As a Customer Strategy and Engagement Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, supporting sales teams in pursuing new opportunities, and creating detailed P&L's and pricing files to be used internally and provided to customers. You will also participate in solution design, pricing, proposal, and presentation creation, sales collateral development, sales reporting, and general sales support.
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with sales teams, lines of service, and operational units to design creative business solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
* Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive pricing models in coordination with sales processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Create and manage libraries for sales and marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
* Design and implement reporting for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Utilize Salesforce to create and manage inputs for detail and accuracy, customize formatting, and create and run reports for all Managed Transportation and Consulting opportunities.
* Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
**Education and Experience**
* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills are required.
* Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, sales teams, and customers.
* Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
**Working Conditions**
* This role will be primarily based in an office environment, with occasional work in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to sit, walk, and stand for the duration of the shift, with occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.

* Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with pay based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience.
* Pay Range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly
