Role Overview – Mid‑Market Customer Success Manager
As a Mid‑Market Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will be the trusted partner for a portfolio of high‑value accounts ranging from $10,000 to $50,000+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Your primary focus will be to drive customer growth, ensure renewal success, and expand the footprint of careerzynith within each organization. Key Responsibilities
