Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, careerzynith’s Customer Operations team spans multiple continents, with hubs in New York, Dublin, Portland, and a growing remote workforce. As a Customer Support Associate, you will become a trusted advocate for our customers, helping them navigate the platform, resolve billing and domain issues, and discover new features that can accelerate their success. This role is fully remote, reports to a dedicated Customer Support Team Lead, and offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where your communication skills and problem‑solving instincts will shine.

careerzynith offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $17.55 USD per hour, with adjustments based on experience, skill set, and location. Eligible employees may also receive overtime pay where applicable.
